I have tried so many of these meal prep offerings and Monkey Foodz is by far the best in the market. Quality ingredients, no horrible additives or flavours etc. The taste is real unlike some of the others that taste MSG-ish. I buy these every week, even with the extra time in the current market I opt for Monkey Foodz over cooking.
